The principle behind Adult Streetwise is a simple one. “If it works use it.” To determine which techniques fit the realism concept of Adult Streetwise we continually upgrade current techniques and seek out new concepts and techniques to add to our curriculum. But all of the techniques require some type of conditioning which can be found in Cross Training. No, Cross Training is not “required” to be a member of Adult Streetwise, but remember I believe in being at your best. Career criminals train in their craft to assault you. Why Join CFMAF’s Fitness Program
The obvious difference is that we are not a gym. A gym allows for you to pay monthly to rent their equipment. Kick ‘N’ It Kickboxing
Kick Boxing with Kick! Its focus is upon increasing your aerobic and anaerobic capacity while learning real punches, kicks and strikes, while striking a bag. In this class you can burn over 1200 calories! Do not confuse this class with the “usual” kick box aerobics classes taught at local gyms. Body Lean Concepts
We’ve helped you lose body fat, Now we teach you how to tone, shape, and condition your muscles. When combined with Kick ‘N’ Cage Fitness, this popular class is an absolute must to assist you in gaining overall fitness. Our Body Lean Concepts is a challenge, but when used within our Kick ‘N’ Cage Fitness and Bootcamps, you will find this is a challenge you can meet.
Cage Body Fitness
Cage Body Fitness is the other half of our Kick ‘N’ Cage Body Fitness Combo Bootcamp! Cage Body Fitness is a complete fitness program when combined with our Kick ‘N’ It Kickboxing and as a stand alone program as well. The key elements of our program are endurance, strength, core, with muscle toning and development.
Indoor Boot camp and Outdoor Boot camp, the weather is never a problem! Punch,kick,knee, elbow bags, lift and drag tires, pull ups, jump hurdles, push ups, run, various lunges, ab work,isometrics, ploymetrics, body resistance, and much more. Everyone can do it no matter your size. Our Boot Camp is where you work and you receive the rewards. Our Boot Camps incorporate the highly respected concepts of our Body Lean Concepts and Kick’N’It Fit programs. You will feel the burn and laugh while we work.
Heather Anderson is our massage therapist at CFMAF. She is a graduate of Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and has been considered one of the to students by her instructors. Heather specializes in many forms of massage such as Swedish, Hot Stone, Sports/Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, upper body myofascial, ” target=”_blank”>pregnancy massage and more. Heather has been involved in sports all of her life ranging from volleyball, to dancing, weight lifting and martial arts.
